Our dress code is designed so teachers can see the dancer’s body lines, including posture, arms, legs and feet. Dancers will get the most out of their classes when the dress code is followed.

It is easiest for dancers who have several styles in one day to wear the same leotard and tights for all classes and just change their shoes. They can also put shorts, leggings, or Capri pants over their leotard for tap and jazz if they wish. A one piece biketard or unitard is also acceptable. Ballet skirts are acceptable for ballet. Two piece dance outfits are acceptable for all styles except ballet. All pants should be form-fitting (not baggy) and not touch the floor. Fitted dance shirts or tanks are permitted for all styles except ballet. *Dancers must have the correct style shoes for each style they take (please see shoe section below).
Dancers can wear leotard, biketard, two-piece dance outfit, or athletic shorts, leggings, or a tank top. Dancers go barefoot in acro and need hair pulled off their face.
